KC Hysmith is a food scholar, historical recipe developer, and the director of communications at the Museum of Food and Drink (MOFAD) in New York City. She holds an MLA in Gastronomy from Boston University and PhD in American Studies from the University of North Carolina. With a combination of food scholarship and digital media, KC demonstrates how the past impacts the way we eat and think about food today.
