Among the many creatures who populate Shakespeare’s plays, nearly all are human beings, although there are some memorable spirits, fairies, and other creatures, too. It’s a great question! For this quiz, we were envisioning animals who exist in the same fictional world that Shakespeare’s human characters do (whether onstage or offstage), but we enjoy the plays’ references to the “porpentine,” too.
